Shipping and payment options

This article provides more detailed information about shipping, i.e. how the goods will get to you or where you can pick them up, as well as information on how to pay for the goods.

Package (Czech Republic) +59,- CZK incl. VAT

SENT package (SK) +150,- CZK incl. VAT

DPD parcel (CZ) +99,- CZK with VAT - this way of transport is free of charge for orders over 3 000,00 CZK with VAT
DPD ParcelShop (CZ) +90,- CZK with VAT - this way of transport is free of charge for orders over 3 000,00 CZK with VAT
Czech Post (CZ) +140,00 CZK with VAT -this way of transport is free of charge for orders over 3 000,00 CZK with VAT
DPD parcel (SK) +250,00 CZK with VAT -this way of transport is free of charge for orders over 4 000,00 CZK with VAT

 

PPL service - courier will bring the parcel to the delivery address on a working day between 8. a 18.an hour. You will be contacted by courier by phone for delivery. If you cannot be reached at the address or by phone, the parcel will be returned to our address as undelivered. We are not able to arrange the delivery time in advance, this has to be solved with the carrier. If the parcel is returned to us, the order is automatically cancelled.

Czech Post - courier will deliver the parcel to the delivery address on a working day between 8. a 18.hour, if he does not reach you, he will leave a notice in your mailbox to pick up the package at the post office. It will then be stored at the post office for 7 days, if you do not collect it, the parcel will be returned to us and the order will be automatically cancelled. We are unable to provide the exact time of delivery, this is a matter for the carrier.

DPD parcel shop - the parcel will not be delivered to your chosen address, but will be stored for 7 days at the collection point, which you need to choose from the offer in the notes to the order.

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

1. Payment on delivery

The order can be paid directly to the carrier at the point of delivery or directly to the carrier. Payment is possible in cash or by credit card.

2. Online payment

You can also pay directly by credit card or by bank transfer via The Pay payment gateway. We send confirmation of payment automatically after pairing the payment with the order, both from the payment gateway and from our e-shop system - confirmation of receipt of payment. 

3. Payment by bank transfer, payment on maturity

For our regular customers, sports clubs, groups, payment can be made by agreement in the form of an invoice or bank transfer.
