Complaints Procedure

  1. This Complaints Procedure has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 40/1964 Coll., the Civil Code, Act No. 513/1991 Coll., the Commercial Code and Act No. 634/1992 Coll., the Consumer Protection Act, as amended, and applies to consumer goods for which the buyer's rights under liability for defects are exercised during the warranty period.
  2. The warranty period for consumer goods is 24 months and is extended by the period during which the goods have been under warranty repair.
  3. The consumer can make a legitimate complaint in one of the following ways:

  4. When submitting a claim, the consumer is obliged to provide:
    • proof of sale of the goods (tax document, invoice, warranty card),
    • the
    • claimed goods with all accessories,
    • a detailed description of the defect.
  5. The right to claim the warranty shall expire in the event of:
    • wear and tear of the item due to its normal use,
    • improper handling and use contrary to the instructions or user manual,
    • damage by the elements (e.g. water, fire or lightning, etc.),
    • damage due to excessive loading,
    • damage to the goods during transport (this claim is settled directly with the carrier).
  6. In the event of a legitimate complaint, the goods are repaired free of charge to the consumer. If the defect is irreparable, the goods will be replaced with new ones. In the event of a replacement, a new warranty period begins.
  7. The time limit for the settlement of the complaint, including the removal of the defect, is 30 calendar days without undue delay, unless the parties agree otherwise. This period begins on the date of receipt of the complaint. If the deadline is not met, the consumer has the right to have the defective goods replaced or to withdraw from the contract.

This Complaint Procedure shall enter into force on 01.01.2015. Changes to the Complaints Procedure are subject to change.
