Exchange of goods

If you have ordered an item that does not fit or is not quite to your liking, we will be happy to exchange it for another size or other item.

We will allow the buyer to exchange the goods within 30 days of receipt of the last part of the shipment without giving any reason.

If you decide to make an exchange, the following basic conditions must be observed:

The goods must be shipped no later than 30. the day after the physical receipt of the last part of the shipment, the shipment must contain the original receipt, your initials, the exact description of the exchange of goods. Goods must not be sent COD.

We will not accept goods for exchange if the goods fail inspection for the following reasons:

• the shoes do not have the original box
• the clothes are without original labels, tags
• the goods are washed
• the goods are dirty, wet or smelly
• part of the goods or accessories are damaged or missing
• underwear, swimwear or socks cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons
• the goods are not fit for resale

In your own interest, send the parcel as a registered parcel with insurance for the value of the goods (in the event of loss or deterioration of the parcel, you will be able to claim it at the post office with the delivery note). Or we can send you a ready-made label on request, just attach the label to the package and deliver it to the nearest branch of the SHIPPING SERVICE. Exchanged goods will be sent to you by SHIPPING, to the address of the dispatch point, at our expense.

If any of the above conditions are not met, we will not accept the exchange request and the goods will be returned.
