Regeneration drink contains 20 g of high-quality whey protein in one dose, which ensures repair and restoration of muscle fibres. In addition to whey protein isolate, the drink also contains hydrolysate of this protein, which is characterized by a higher leucine content. Leucine is a very important amino acid for muscle growth.
