MIZUNO ENERZY throughout the midsole provides excellent cushioning and energy transfer. Designed to correct overpronation, the wave plate is shaped differently on the outside and inside of the foot, preventing the foot arch from collapsing and providing support and stability to the foot. The anatomical shape of the wave plate follows the foot and helps to smooth the transition from impact to rebound.
