aLUXX SLR aluminium frame
the XTC SLR frame is the lightest aluminium MTB frame we've ever made, thanks to the premium ALUXX SLR alloy and an advanced lightweighting process - ALUXX SLR tubes are 20% thinner (and therefore lighter) than ALUXX SL tubes. By combining cutting-edge materials and state-of-the-art manufacturing processes, we're able to produce frames that are extremely lightweight, yet highly stiff and strong.

the frame is designed and engineered to have a stiffness-to-weight ratio unrivalled in its class, resulting in high pedalling efficiency and precise handling at all times. The frame's specific race-tuned geometry offers the ideal balance of stability and handling on all types of XC terrain.

confidence on the terrain
the Giant Crest 34 RRL air fork provides 100 mm of travel and features locking from the handlebars. For better handling and less risk of punctures, the Giant XCT 29 is tubeless-fitted from the factory, with just the application of a sealant. If you'd like even more confidence on descents and technical passages, you can fit the bike with a telescopic seatpost (30.9 mm diameter).
