Made of soft lightweight ripstop nylon and breathable mesh, it features many clever pockets and elastic loops for attaching running poles. On the front of the vest there are two pockets for 500ml bottles (supplied separately) and smaller pockets for sticks, gels and other small items. One of the front pockets is zipped with a hook for keys and phone storage. There are two pockets on the sides and a longitudinal pocket at the bottom of the back, accessible from both sides.
