TRAIL RUNNING SHOES
When choosing the right running shoe for the terrain, keep in mind that you will be moving more in uneven, unstable, often slippery surfaces, where it is of course necessary to perceive the tread more and then correct it in time. Therefore, we definitely recommend a lower drop, lower foot position shoe for running in the terrain, just for reasons of better maneuverability and much more effective reaction in case of correcting the footfall / rebound. You also need to think ahead if you need shoes for a combination of paved trails or if you're more of an enduro off-road runner. Of course, adequate grip of the sole is a must, as well as the strength of the upper or good non-absorbency of the shoe. In general, the harder the substrate, the greater the comfort and cushioning. Conversely, the softer the terrain, the lower the drop and correspondingly lower the damping. Running off-road is all about an intense harmony with nature that brings many experiences, no matter the pace or the kilometers ingested :)
