Fully insulated, waterproof, yet breathable. These are the new Fizik winter road boots for cold and wet weather. The Artica GTX is waterproof thanks to the GORE-TEX Koala membrane. This membrane does not let any water in, but at the same time ventilates the moisture out of the shoe. The boots can be quickly fastened even in thick winter gloves with the easy-to-use BOA wheel and Velcro strap. The nylon sole with a stiffness index of 6 is rigid and has rearward shifted stop mounting points. The sole lacks ventilation for better heat insulation inside the shoe. The inside of the shoe, including the insole, is padded with fleece material, which ensures thermal comfort even on the coldest days and is also very comfortable.
