The Silva Trekking Aluminum Z-fold grey trekking poles are made from high-quality 7075 aluminum alloy. The Flicklock adjustment system with an aluminum clip (lever) securely sets the pole length from 115 to 135 cm. The preload of the clip is adjusted by the side screw in the open position of the clip. The holes are five-part, with a Z-fold system running through the center of the structure, allowing for quick folding. The transport length is only 37 cm, which is very practical. Cork handles with lower grips made of hardened foam provide a comfortable and secure grip, and in combination with adjustable overall length, these poles are designed for use even in extremely hilly terrain. The wrist loops are made of soft webbing and can be adjusted. In challenging terrain, especially during descents, it is not recommended to use the loops for safety reasons. The poles include snow baskets, rubber tips for asphalt or other hard surfaces, and carbide tips, which are replaceable if necessary. In the summer season, poles can be used without baskets, or you can purchase a version with a smaller diameter under the designation 38161.
