The TRAILFLY G 270 is based on the TERRA ULTRA G 270 with all its advantages, including maximum naturalness and a superior feel for the terrain and running technique. Zero drop combined with a comfortable cushioning layer and reliable grip continue to be the heart of the shoe.

Cushioning is provided by POWERFLOW MAX foam with the ideal ratio between softness, responsiveness and energy return. The overall comfort is significantly influenced by the 6mm BOOMERANG insole made of high-energy TPU foam. The combination of comfort and liveliness achieved by the TERRA ULTRA G 270 is incomparable to any INOV-8 boot of the "old era". But it wouldn't be us if we sacrificed naturalness and a great feel for the terrain at the expense of comfort.

Total damping rate incl. The insole is 18 millimeters. This value is high enough to run endlessly in comfort and low enough to keep the entire shoe as flexible as possible and read the terrain perfectly. High proprioception is supported by zero drop, but thanks to the overall softness of the cushioning, even beginners and hobby runners need not worry.

Zero drop remains a specific feature of this model. However, the redesigned cushioning makes the TRAILFLY G 270 more accessible to less experienced runners who don't have ideal forefoot running technique. Thanks to the more robust midsole, the protection of the foot from bumping when running on rocky trail has also increased significantly.

An important feature is the low weight. In addition to energy savings, the positive effect is also reflected in high dynamics and flexibility. These features are especially useful for tempo running and racing on combined surfaces. Flexible TPU cushioning makes sure you won't want to run slowly in this shoe.

The versatile outsole has a reliable grip even on more technical trail and soft ground. A lot of emphasis continues to be placed on the versatility of the entire shoe, so the grip isn't so sharp that it limits you when running on the road and paved trails. Of course, graphene is used for an unbeatable balance between grip and durability.

The upper remains taut on our widest hoof (5, standard fit), but there has been a slight redesign of the protective 3D TPU layer. The front of the shoe is now more open to give maximum space to the toes and transverse arch. The fixation of the instep inside the shoe is then sufficient for fast movement even in more technically demanding terrain. The TRAILFLY G 270 uses a combination of structured fabric covered with durable rubber and the upper fits like a glove.
