We have newly added the Switch stem to our legendary line of top-tier WCS components, continuing the legacy of the WCS logo and the successes of many world champions who have raced on Ritchey components. The front part of the Ritchey WCS Switch stem utilizes the proven Ritchey C220 handlebar clamp design, which you can find on many of our stems, but we have increased its width for additional stiffness. Additionally, we slightly angled the socket area, achieving a flatter and more aerodynamic upper profile. Innovative hidden holder And that's not all! The front part of the WCS Switch stem also includes a double-sided integrated accessory mount. It is designed to accommodate cycling computers, cameras, and other devices. It is completely hidden inside the front sleeve until you decide to attach your favorite accessory. Hidden cable routing Everything else on this innovative stem is new and designed to discreetly hide the cables into the headset and frame. Up to three cables – for example, for the rear brake, shifting, electronic control, or even for the seat post – are elegantly integrated into the system using spacers and the Ritchey Switch headset (both sold separately) and are neatly routed into the frame. The Ritchey WCS Switch stem package includes a matching compression cap. About the Ritchey Switch System The Ritchey Switch System is an innovative integrated system designed for easy hidden routing of cables, wires, and hoses from handlebars into frames with straight 1.5" head tubes and tapered 1-1/8" – 1.5" forks.
